The creation of web content is about writing semantic markup that can be read by both human and computer. The web can be read well equally by computer and human because it is more accessible since developers are better suited to tie different sources of information together into new web services and computers are better at analyzing the content.

Section 508 emphasized the developer to be easily accessible by allowing the website to work on different devices. These aspects will help the website to be successful on the internet.
