What are Personal Computers and Tablets?

A personal computer is a general purpose computer that is meant to be used by a single user that can run any number of operating systems, but predominanlty Microsoft Windows operating system. On the other hand, a tablet is a smaller version of a computer, but larger than a smarphone. The tablet has features of both the smartphone and computer, but doesn’t work the same exact way.
