Manchester United are exploring their options as they look to resolve Odion
Ighalo's future at the club, sources have told ESPN.
United have a loan agreement with Shanghai Shenhua to keep the Nigeria
striker at Old Trafford until May 30 but that is unlikely to cover the end of
the campaign after the coronavirus pandemic caused football to shut down.
FIFA have suggested contracts ending this summer should be extended until
the season can be completed, but there is concern at Old Trafford that the
proposals will be difficult to implement, particularly given Shanghai
Shenhua are likely to want Ighalo to return for the delayed start of the
of the Chinese Super League.

The semifinals for the NBA 2K Players Tournament are set for Saturday, and
each will feature a player from the Phoenix Suns and the LA Clippers in the
head-to-head matchups.
After Thursday's quarterfinal action on ESPN2, four players came out
victorious in NBA 2K20 play: Suns guard Devin Booker, Clippers big man
Montrezl Harrell Phoenix center Deandre Ayton and Clippers guard
Patrick Beverley.
Come Saturday on ESPN, Booker will face Harrell, and Ayton will square off
against Beverley, with the winners earning a final berth in what has been
a heated top eight for the tournament.

Drew Brees appears to have his second career lined up. The New Orleans Saints
quarterback has agreed to join NBC Sports as a football. analyst when he is
done playing, the New York Post reported Friday.
Brees, 41, has not announced when he plans to retire. He plans to play the 2020
season after signing a two-year, $50 million contract extension with the
Saints last month.
Coach Sean Payton suggested recently on ESPN's Get Up that this would be Brees'
"final season." But the coach later called himself a "big dummy" for his word
choice, saying he doesn't know when Brees plans to retire.
