Why should you care about Web Accessibility?

Programming your webpage to be accessible to people with a range of disabilities is simply the morally right thing to do. There is no reason a person should not be able to read, access, or understand your webpage as it is intended simple because they have a handicap. Programming your webpage accessibility is done to standard set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in order provide ease of access for everyone. It is also federal law that all websites be coded under these accessibility standards, known as section 508
