World before smartphone

Before the smartphone existed, communication was not so evolved. It was evolved through the years

1973:Motorola made the first call from a Motorola DynaTAC 8000x cell phone. Product that would go on sale 10 years later.

1980:The Motorola DynaTAC 8000x went on sale for $ 3,995. This cell phone was relatively heavy and its charging time was 10 hours.

Five years later, Motorola launched the MicroTAC 9800x, although this cell phone still had antenna. It was a much smaller cell phone. It should be noted that these two cell phones were only used to make voice calls.

1991:The first GSM call was made

1992:First GSM phone was created in the Nokia 1011 device. It introduced text messages.

While personal cell phones have been around since the 1970s, the creation of the smartphone excited American consumers in a whole new way.
